OK, so as the new anime season approached I was positively hyped for 2 series, one being the divine Nisemonogatari and the other being Black Rock Shooter. And I have to say, it’s a good thing (for you) that I did not rush out a episode 1 review, or else you would have gotten a rant, full of sound and fury at how I disliked it.

But I took my time and took a more reasonable stand (i.e. I changed my view of the series from a vulgar exclamation into a disappointed sigh) and  now before we go down to properly review the Black Rock Shooter TV anime, I’d like to enlighten some of you with some background knowledge and explain my expectations and views on the thing.
